Promotion gender equality
in the professional world

The proportion of women at executive levels remains low in both the public and the private sectors. Among the many reasons at the root of this situation, the attitude of women themselves, who unconsciously adopt sub-optimum behaviours detrimental to their career. Action is therefore needed at the organisational level to « change the system », but also to further the professional development of women.
