THE FOUNDER

Françoise LE MOUEL

Close to 20 years of consulting experience, in addition to an entrepreneurship journey through the acquisition, development and transfer of the umbrella company Act’rmc.

• For 17 years, Françoise, who was originally trained as an engineer, held responsibility posts which were operational (R&D, Procurement) and in the field of Human Resources; all of those in renowned international companies : STMicroelectronics, Hewlett-Packard…
• Françoise has acquired a sound experience in management, both in France and in the United States, where she lived for 5 years. She has also developed a strong business culture by being a member of the management team in charge of the Hewlett Packard’s Personal Computing activities.
• In 2002, her taste for the human side of management led her to create her own HR consulting firm. Fluent in both french and english, she coaches executives and their teams around the world, to help them lead successful changes.
• Nowadays a renowned expert in the field of gender equality and women’s professional development, she is certified to deliver the Springboard® programme which is picking up an increasing momentum for both organisations and individual women.

Graduate from Ecole Centrale de Lyon and California Institute of Technology, coach trained at the MOZAIK international school, qualified practitioner in MBTI, Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0), DISC Language (Success Insights), TMS.
